Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. You may also be entitled to repair or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
Statutory rights first
This Policy does not replace or limit your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a remedy under the ACL differs from a process described below, the ACL applies to the extent of any inconsistency.
EU and EEA consumers (distance contracts)
If you are a consumer in Austria or another EEA country and a distance contract applies, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions (for example sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable). Any model withdrawal form and instructions required by law will be provided in the order process or confirmation. This summary does not replace the full text of the law.

Change of mind
Where we expressly offer change-of-mind returns, the offer will state time limits, condition requirements (for example unopened seals), and any restocking fees at checkout. Food and supplement products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns after opening for health and safety reasons unless the ACL requires otherwise.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs if helpful. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under the ACL, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
How to request a return
Email ask@chomrinnchit.world with your full name, delivery address, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Wait for return instructions before sending goods back so we can provide the correct address and a return authorisation where used.
Condition of goods
Unless we instruct otherwise, return items in secure packaging with sufficient padding. Include a copy of your communication or reference number inside the parcel. We may refuse returns that present health or safety risks when opened contrary to guidance.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method where possible. Banks and card networks may take several business days to display credits. We confirm refunds by email when initiated.
Shipping costs
Where the ACL requires us to cover reasonable return shipping for faulty goods, we will explain how to obtain a label or reimbursement. For change-of-mind returns where permitted, you may bear return postage unless we state otherwise in the promotional terms.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute, please also email us so we can help resolve the issue. Chargebacks may delay investigation if information is incomplete.
