Agreement. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Continued use after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Agreement to the Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Chomrinnchit.world concerning the Sorell online experience. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or checkout flows; where there is conflict, the more specific terms prevail for that transaction.

Eligibility

The site is intended for users who are at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You confirm that information you supply is accurate and that you have authority to make purchases if you place an order.

Information and dietary supplements

Content about Sorell is for general information. Dietary supplements are not substitutes for professional advice. Read labels carefully. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease unless explicitly required wording appears as mandated by regulators.

Orders and pricing

Product descriptions, prices, fees, and taxes are presented before you confirm payment where e-commerce is enabled. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious error, suspected fraud, inventory limits, or legal restrictions. We will communicate cancellations when practicable.

Shipping and risk

Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass according to the terms shown at checkout and carrier practices. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no interference with security, no automated scraping that harms performance, no distribution of malware, and no attempt to access non-public areas without permission. We may suspend access for breaches.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software on this site are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the site—other than liability that cannot be excluded—is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the relevant order in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred Australian dollars, except where a higher minimum applies under statute.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that cannot be excluded when they apply. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Without prejudice to the above, mandatory consumer protection rules may also apply to you by virtue of EU law or the law of your country of residence, including Austria and other EEA states. For example, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (including pre-contractual information for distance contracts) may apply where you qualify as a consumer in the EEA.

Where you are a consumer in the EEA, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction where applicable law allows.
